Mental Health Therapy and Counseling

Everyone can use a little extra support when handling life’s challenges — and one way to get it is by talking with a professional.

Services

Natalis Counseling and Psychology Solutions is dedicated to a client-centered approach where the phone is answered live during business hours, the parking is free and convenient, and evening/weekend hours are available. We have locations in St. Paul and Minneapolis, and we are in-network with a variety of major insurance plans. In the first session, your therapist will work with you to evaluate the issues you would like to address and the best approach for your therapy. For example, in individual therapy, we may use cognitive behavioral and narrative therapy, EMDR training, or journaling to find resolutions. Our highly trained and experienced therapists provide a calm, confidential, and caring environment to help you explore the issues and begin to heal. Contact us for an appointment and talk to someone who can help.

Professional Staff

Our staff of trained and experienced Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, Professional Clinical Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Drug and Alcohol Counselors provide Individual Counseling and Psychotherapy, Child Therapy, Couples and Marriage Counseling, Family Counseling, Psychological Testing and Group Therapy for people of all ages. We use a variety of approaches including Person Centered CBT, Supportive Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR for trauma, and more. Many of our therapists have an integrative approach using a combination of these and other treatments.
