I see students at Irondale High School for therapy and provide LADC support to the Mounds View District. I believe people are the creators of their reality and are naturally equipped with the strengths and tools to face their experiences head-on. I hope to be a co-conspirator alongside my clients’ growth and healing journey where there will be insight building, storytelling, and a little bit of silliness because life needs to have a splash of fun too. I recognize that this journey can be a difficult and vulnerable one and I will be there alongside you. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients with co-occurring disorders and am open to serving adolescents, adults, and families.
I graduated from the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Master’s program with a minor in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health at the University of Minnesota. I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and got trained in the DC:0-5: Diagnostic Classification of Mental Health and Developmental Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood. I am working towards becoming a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC). I practice under the supervision of Ann Becher-Ingwalson, PsyD, LADC, LPCC, DBTC.
I am a Georgia native and cat mom of two. I enjoy eating, drinking matcha lattes, playing games, and writing poems.
