I believe that the therapeutic relationship is paramount to positive outcomes in therapy. My goal is to create a space that is both supportive and welcoming, allowing you to feel seen, heard, and understood. I also recognize that you alone are the expert in your life, and I strive to walk alongside you on your journey through the challenges of life. I want to meet you wherever you are on this journey and help you get to where you want to be.

My approach draws from many different therapeutic orientations, including evidence-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy, and existential thought. This eclectic approach allows us to tailor our sessions to your specific needs. I have an interest in working with those experiencing interpersonal conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

I am open to seeing clients of all ages and backgrounds, but I have experience working with children, adolescents, and teens (ages 8-18) in previous roles. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Kentucky University in 2024, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the Counselor Education program at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. I am currently practicing under the supervision of Hans Erickson, MSEd, LPCC.

When I am not seeing clients, I enjoy finding new music, being outdoors, exercising, watching and playing sports, and spending time with friends and loved ones.
