I enjoy working with children across all developmental stages, from early childhood through adolescence, and partnering with families to support emotional growth, build skills, and create meaningful change. I have experience working with children experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, emotional and behavioral challenges, self-esteem concerns, and relationship difficulties.
I believe every child has unique strengths, and I strive to create a warm and supportive environment where children feel safe, understood, and empowered. I tailor therapy to each child’s unique needs by using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, while incorporating play-based, strengths-based, and trauma-informed interventions to promote growth and development.
I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) practicing under the supervision of Jennifer Joseph, PsyD, LP. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Science from Gustavus Adolphus College and my Master of Social Work from St. Catherine University. I am currently working toward becoming a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, staying active through running and yoga, and exploring new restaurants.
