I believe everyone has the right to feel heard and supported, and I am dedicated to the continuous process of getting to know and honoring my client’s, their individual experiences, and how their various identities interact with and are shaped by the individuals, systems, and institutions around them.

My goal is to support my clients in taking steps to live the life they want to live. To achieve this, I aim to work collaboratively with clients to create a welcoming, warm, judgement-free and safe environment to be curious about themselves and the world around them and challenge themselves. I additionally emphasize that my clients are the experts on themselves. I enjoy the process of getting to know each of my clients’ own experiences and having my practice be shaped by each person I work with.

My clinical approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT) with influence from family systems perspectives. I have experience working with clients of all ages including children, adolescents, young adults, established adults, and older adults (ages 7 – 65+) including adolescents and young adults in intensive outpatient and partial hospital settings. I have worked with individuals experiencing challenges with anxiety and related disorders (including depression, generalized anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder), relationship difficulties, and emotion regulation. I am deeply committed to working with individuals from marginalized communities including people of color and people with sexual and gender diverse identities.

I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Smith College and my master’s degree in clinical psychology from Boston University where I am also currently finishing my Clinical Psychology PhD program. I am under the supervision of Dr. Rita Sandidge, PhD, LP.

I love all things breakfast, walking around, and baking.
