I believe that effective therapy starts with a collaborative relationship where your values, strengths, and goals are centered in a place of safety. Making positive changes to our lives can feel daunting, and I strive to create a space that validates your experience, acknowledges your wisdom, and provides you with robust support while challenging you to explore and grow. My approach is person-centered and informed by feminist and existentialist theory. As a member of the dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) team at Natalis, I provide individual DBT therapy and co-facilitate in DBT Skills Group.

I work with individuals from late adolescence through all phases of adulthood who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, persistent mental illness, loss/grief/transition and adjustment challenges, stress management and coping skills. I consider it an honor to support individuals who have immigrated to or sought asylum in the US, and my training includes a focus on work with current and former military members and their families.

I hold a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Military and Veterans Counseling from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA and a BA in French and Spanish from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. While working toward LPCC licensure, I currently practice under the supervision of Dr. Elizabeth Goodchild, PsyD, LP, LMFT, MBA, MA.

I love dogs, live music, and intentional puns. In my free time, I enjoy training my two rescue pups and adventure travel.
