Mental Health Practitioner
Pronouns: She/Her
I am located out of Central Pediatrics in Woodbury, working in-person with our Integrative Behavioral Health team to provide short-term therapy to children, adolescents, and their families. I believe that every interaction, no matter how small, is a chance to build rapport and trust. I approach each session with curiosity and openness, seeing it as a mutual learning experience that can lead to meaningful progress. I use a person-centered and strength-based approach with clients. Therapy is a collaborative process centered on each client’s unique experiences, values, and aspirations, and every individual can create positive changes. I worked with children, adolescents, and families who experienced anxiety, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, ADHD, autism, self-harm, and grief. In my work with clients and their families, I strive to foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship and create a safe space for communication.
I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) under the supervision of Jennifer Joseph, PsyD, LP. I received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Social Work from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. My goal is to become a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
In my spare time, I enjoy baking, reading, and spending time outdoors with my German Shepherd. My family is also a huge part of my life. I was born and raised in Minnesota and grew up in a Latino household.
