Chief Financial Officer
Hello. I spent my entire career working in mental health as a clinician, leader, and owner/operator of mental health businesses. My goal has always been to try to help as many people as possible. I found the most satisfaction in creating systems of care through operating mental health businesses that served great numbers of people and employed many clinicians.
In the fall of 2023, I retired from 35 years of clinical practice due to the increasing demands of leading the finance and operations of Natalis. I direct payroll and benefits, HR, accounting, legal, facility management, IT, and some marketing. I also direct and manage the management services organization, CAPSmn, that helps private practices manage their business. I take much pleasure in helping our systems run smoothly for the communities we serve and all employees.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, working on keeping healthy, being outdoors, playing guitar, and am an avid angler.
