I completed my doctoral internship with Natalis and felt it was such a good fit that I came back after graduation! Currently, I mainly engage in psychological assessment with individuals ages 16 and up and especially enjoy adult ADHD assessment. I come from a counseling psychology background and as a therapist, I love working with adults in the restaurant industry.
I approach therapy and assessment from a position of curiosity with the belief that everybody has the unconditional right to heal. I enjoy putting together puzzle pieces to help individuals find a path toward growth and fulfillment. I work to understand and integrate the many facets of identity that individuals bring into the room. While going through an assessment may be stressful and a little intimidating, I try to create an environment that feels safe, affirming, and open to learning.
I earned my master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services and my PsyD in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. I completed my APA-accredited PsyD program in 2024.
Outside of work, I love crafting, spending time with my cat, and bowling with my team—Minds in the Gutter.
