I’m a trauma-informed, strengths-based therapist who believes deeply in the power of authentic connection. My work is grounded in a client-centered, relationship-based approach, and I strive to create a space where teens and young people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My practice weaves together somatic work, harm-reduction principles, and culturally responsive care to meet each client exactly where they are — with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment.
I specialize in supporting teens navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, eating disorders, grief and loss, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about working with adolescents because their resilience, honesty, and capacity for growth inspire me every day.
My professional background includes working with youth and families impacted by trauma, domestic violence, supporting individuals struggling with disordered eating, and providing school-based therapy. These experiences have shaped my belief that healing happens in relationship — and that every young person deserves a safe, non-judgmental place to explore their story and build the skills they need to thrive.
I received my master of Social Work degree through Liberty University and currently hold a LGSW. I am currently under the supervision of Holly Clark, MSW, LICSW and Adeline Taylor (she/her), MS, LMFT.
Outside of therapy, you can find me spending time with my dog, enjoying family and friends, getting creative, listening to audiobooks, or relaxing with a good show or movie.
