About Shawn

Location: St. Paul In-Person and/or Tele-Health
Pronouns: He/Him

I utilize a collaborative, person-centered approached grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to address mental health needs. I view therapy as a supportive space to help you identify goals, challenge negative thoughts, build practical coping skills, and work to understand how negative beliefs may be impacting your ability to reach your goals. Together we’ll apply your strengths to better help learn how to manage symptoms and understand your individual experience. I believe it’s important to meet you where you’re at and work towards your goals while building a strong therapeutic relationship that gives room for growth to happen.

I love cats, playing video/board games, and live music.

I am currently obtaining my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University – Seattle and practice under the supervision of Dr. Rita Sandidge, PhD., LP.
