My approach in therapy is to build a warm, safe, and genuine foundation with each of the individuals I work with. I aim to truly understand those I work with, valuing the way their cultural contexts, experiences, beliefs, and emotions shape the way they feel and act. I believe change is the most powerful and long-lasting when driven by individuals themselves, and I enjoy supporting them in identifying and using their strengths to move towards their goals. My approach is collaborative; I believe I have much to learn from every relationship and I work to center your decisions to drive your healing.
I enjoying working with individuals of all backgrounds, ages 16 and older, and those who have difficulty with life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
In my free time, I like baking, hiking, and spending time with my cats. I also love musical theater and reality TV.
I received my PsyD from the School of Graduate Psychology at Pacific University and practice under the supervision of Rita Sandidge, PhD, LP.
