I am passionate about supporting the mental health and well-being of all individuals. As a Hmong clinician who speaks both Hmong and English,
I value culturally responsive care and understand the importance of creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. My approach is person-centered and holistic. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual, rather than drawing from a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities and remain flexible in meeting clients where they are. I enjoy working with clients ages 10 to adults.
I enjoy eating, going for walks, and spending time with family.
