Pronouns: She/Her

I am a dedicated and empathic therapist who specializes in adolescents and their families. I am goal oriented and strategic thinking and will develop strategies and interventions tailored to each client, with a focus on developing positive personal autonomy. I am an empowering therapist, who believes in working together with empathy and understanding. I believe self-awareness is fundamental to positive growth and change, and that clients have the power to harness hope, and use that to cultivate a life that gives. I want to empower clients to overcome challenges and explore their potential to thrive in their journey of personal growth and well-being. To me, there isn’t anything more beautiful than the resilience of the human spirit. I am easy to talk to and I value the characteristics of every client. I offer a safe place for expression where clients and their families can be connected to their healing so self-awareness can grow a key ingredient for positive change.

I have a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University/Twin Cities- Minnesota School of Professional Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement from Metropolitan State University. I practice from a Structural, Experiential, and Bowenian Family Therapy model, with an emphasis on understanding my clients voice, and what will blend with their needs and ways of being. Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as a mindful approach, is often practiced.

Specialties Marriage and Family Therapy, Individual and Family Therapy, Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT.
