I strongly believe that all humans experience difficulties at different stages of life depending on situational factors and stressors they encounter. Given the right tools, skills, and support, everyone has an opportunity to thrive. I am enthusiastic about helping my clients navigate life’s challenges. During this therapeutic experience, I work alongside you as a supportive guide to create a unique blend of interventions that best suit you. The focus is to empower you to make positive changes in your life. It’s a collaborative process that values your individuality. I am particular about the values of dynamic, unique, and individual experiences and as such, I am dedicated and empathetic with a passion to help clients achieve their full potential and promote holistic well-being. Together, you and I will create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to foster growth and self-discovery.

I combine various therapeutic techniques to create an individualized treatment plan for each client. I draw upon CBT techniques, psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy and more, to create a customized approach that addresses multiple dimensions of your lived experiences. It is therapy uniquely customized and designed for you. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy when working with my clients. This approach combines elements from different therapeutic modalities to create a comprehensive and versatile treatment plan. It’s like having a toolbox full of different tools that can be used depending on your specific needs and goals. This allows for a flexible and tailored therapy plan that’s as unique as you are.

My practice involves individual, family, and group therapy across lifespan (children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics). My area of expertise is centered around working with individuals and families with a history of mental health disorders such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders. In addition, I have ample experience working with clients dealing with self-harm behaviors, suicidal ideations, chronic stress, family conflict, life transitions, low self-esteem, diversity, and relationship issues. Clients who see me aim to develop coping and adaptive skills to manage life difficulties, resolve conflicts, heal traumatic experiences, and develop a healthier sense of self. I am currently working under the clinical supervision of Dr. Elizabeth Goodchild, MBA, MA, PsyD, LMFT, LP. I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria in 2016. Thereafter, I proceeded to receive my Master of Arts degree in Clinical-Community Psychology from Point Park University, Pittsburgh in 2020. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology at Augsburg University.

I enjoy spending time with my dog, watching TV, playing video games, traveling, and spending quality time with people I love and care about.
