Travis Blaize

Mental Health Practitioner and Practicum Trainee

My approach to therapy draws from a variety of therapeutic orientations, including solution focused and person-centered, emphasizing empathy and collaboration. I believe that every individual has the strength and resilience to overcome life’s challenges. My goal is to support individuals by creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll work on building coping skills and ultimately achieve a greater sense of well-being.

I have experience working with individuals with disabilities including autism and am interested in helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression as well as those who are facing some of the difficulties in coping with life’s complexities. Rather than taking a directive approach, my focus is on helping the individual feel confident and in control of their own journey, throughout our work together. I am open to working with individuals 18 years and older.
