Rebecca is a school based mental health therapist who has experience working with adolescents and their families with a variety of mental health and chemical health diagnoses. She provides individual therapy to the students at North High School in North St. Paul. Rebecca uses a client-centered approach in her therapy and collaborates with each student to learn new coping skills, regulate emotions, improve relationships, build confidence, and empower them on their mental health journey. Rebecca also leads the Hmong Women’s Group at our Natalis University Avenue location.
Education & Professional Activities
Rebecca received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Minnesota State University at Mankato and her Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She is also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Rebecca receives clinical supervision from Ann Becher-Ingwalson, PsyD, LADC, LPCC, DBTC. She sees clients at North High School through the School-Linked Mental Health program at Natalis and leads the Hmong Women’s Group at Natalis.
