Clients can expect therapy with Olivia to be a supportive and collaborative space in which clients can learn and reflect on their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences. Olivia aims to meet clients with a listening ear and an attitude of acceptance and curiosity. Using an integrative approach, Olivia adapts counseling to each client and pulls from systemic, narrative, and relational therapies.
Olivia is interested in individual and couples therapy with young adults and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, identity, self-esteem, and other areas of life. She is also interested in working with individuals that identify within the LGBTQIA+ community.
Licensure & Education
Olivia Eisenhauer is a mental health practitioner and practicum trainee at Natalis. Olivia is a current graduate student at the University of Minnesota pursuing a Master’s degree in Counselor Education and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Olivia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2022.
Olivia is practicing under the licensed supervision of Adeline Taylor, MS, LMFT and sees clients at the University Avenue location.
