Natalya Parsons, M.A is a Mental Health Practitioner providing individual therapy for adult individuals having concerns of anxiety, depression, ADHD, going through life transitions and adjustments, processing of grief, low self-esteem and individuals looking for stress management and coping skills. Natalya identifies as bicultural and fluent in English and Russian. She also is interested in working with culturally diverse individuals including immigrants and will provide validation, understanding and support for the unique experiences of each client that comes with complex process of adjusting to a new culture.

During her sessions, Natalya looks forward to learning from her clients about their experiences and takes time to understand each individual and their unique concerns. To help her clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, she will aim to create an atmosphere of safety, warmth, support and genuineness. Natalya uses a client-centered and integrative approach throughout sessions to get a full understanding of culture, environment, relationships, and past experiences that may be influencing the current experiences an individual is going through.

Natalya earned her Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and earned her Bachelor degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin- River Falls.

Natalya sees clients in a Woodbury location and through telehealth. She is working under the licensed supervision of Dr. Elizabeth Goodchild, MBA, MA, Psy. D, LMFT, LP.
