I am a graduate student, working towards my master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and currently working at Natalis in the role of clinical intern.
During my sessions, I look forward to learning from my clients about their experiences and take time to understand each individual and their unique concerns. To help my clients explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences, I will aim to create an atmosphere of safety, warmth, support and genuineness. I use a client-centered and integrative approach throughout sessions in order to get a full understanding of culture, environment, relationships, and past experiences that may be influencing the current experiences an individual is going through.
I am currently interested in working with adult individuals having Anxiety, Depression, ADHD concerns, going through life transitions and adjustments, and individuals looking for stress management and coping skills. I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin- River Falls in 2016.
I am working under the licensed supervision of Dr. Kimberly Stewart, Ph.D., LAMFT. and see clients at the University Avenue location.
