Natalee Pouh Mental Health Practitioner

Natalee Pouh

Mental Health Practitioner and Practicum Trainee

During sessions, Natalee finds it essential to create a collaborative counseling environment where clients and her work together toward developing and achieving therapeutic goals. Natalee aims to establish a safe and comfortable environment for clients to express their experiences, emotions, and thoughts. Natalee emphasizes meeting clients where they are and interacting with them in a way that makes them feel valued and empowered instead of using a directive approach. Natalee practices an integrative approach drawing inspiration from person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and other therapy orientations depending on the client.

Natalee is interested in individual therapy with adolescents and young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, trauma, and life adjustments. She has experience working with adults who have been incarcerated, are on probation for criminal/legal issues, or have child protection involvement. She is also interested in working with individuals that are part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
