MeiLi Specker

MeiLi (May-Lee) is a doctoral practicum student in clinical counseling who has served individuals throughout the Twin Cities. She is passionate about supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence and has practiced as a domestic violence advocate. MeiLi also served as a practicum student at a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy clinic where she served clients with developmental disabilities, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, depression, and anxiety. She has a person-centered approach and values a collaborative therapeutic relationship. MeiLi likes to work with individuals in ethically non-monogamous relationships, LGBTQ+, people of color, and those recovering from trauma.

She currently works out of Natalis’ White Bear Lake clinic. MeiLi is under the supervision of Dr. Rita Sandidge.
