My name is Logan Caola and I have a Bachelor of Science in psychology with a minor focus in Neuroscience from the University of Minnesota. In addition, I have also completed a Master of Science in Psychology Research from Lancaster University. My previous work and research has given me first hand experience working with neurodivergent individuals, and given me a valuable array of skills ranging from creative problem solving to research literation and analysis. I have over three years of first hand research experience, my biggest research project was focused on the effect anxiety has on the brain’s threshold for stimulation, giving me great experience and understanding of anxiety and its effect on individuals.
I specialize in methodologically helping my clients tackle their mental health obstacles, and focus my time to help them optimize their resources.

My goal as an ARMHS practitioner is to help my clients become the best version of themselves.

I currently working out of the Natalis University location while I receive clinical supervision from Roberta Sorenson MS, LPCC and Megan Avakian LSW, in the ARMHS program.
