Jessica is a Doctoral Psychology Intern and is enrolled in the PsyD in Counseling Psychology program at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota where she also received her master’s degree in 2019. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota.
Jessica has worked with children and their families in outpatient, partial hospital program, and inpatient settings since graduating from the University of Minnesota. She uses relational and strengths-based approaches to help families move toward the positive changes they want to see. She emphasizes the importance of involving families in their child’s care to maximize success and give everyone the tools they need to be happier and healthier. In addition to emotional and behavioral concerns, Jessica enjoys working with children with medical comorbidities, particularly those experiencing chronic pain and difficulties with sleep.
In her free time, Jessica likes spending time outdoors, trying new restaurants, traveling, and fantasy house shopping.
Jessica sees clients at the Woodbury location, Blaine Child and Teen Medical Center, and the Central + Priority Pediatrics clinics in Woodbury and Roseville.
