I started at Natalis in 2017 as practicum student and began working as a therapist here in 2018. I provide therapy for adults using a client-centered/eclectic approach to therapy that utilizes an assortment of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy techniques specific to the individual’s needs. I have provided services in intensive outpatient and DBT groups. My hobbies include travel, outdoor activities, video games, and spending time with my family.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and my Masters degree in Clinical Counseling from Capella University in Minneapolis, MN. I am currently supervised by Elizabeth Goodchild, MBA, MA, PsyD, LMFT, LP.
