Daniela White is a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s in Co-Occurring Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders. With over 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Daniela has experience working with diverse populations including children, adults with serious and persistent mental illness, and addiction. Daniela also has experience working in community settings, residential, and clinical settings.
Daniela specializes in anxiety, depression, addiction, attachment, relationships, parenting, pregnancy and postpartum concerns. She believes in building a collaborative therapeutic alliance with clients to support them in their mental health and/or addiction goals. Daniela strives to empower clients by helping them develop the skills they need to build autonomy and self-regulation.
Daniela acknowledges the stigma that surrounds mental health and addiction; especially for communities of color, which can make it difficult and intimidating to seek professional help. Daniela’s goal is to help break the stigma of therapy by providing a safe and comfortable space for clients.
Daniela practices at the Natalis University location.
