Alyson is a pre licensed mental health provider at Natalis Psychology & Counseling solutions. Her practice involves individual and group therapy with adolescent through adulthood. Alyson’s clinical interests involve working with adolescent through adulthood that experience anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, and life transitions. She has an interest in working with individuals that identify with the LGBTQIA+ community or who have military affiliation.

Alyson practices an integrative approach that pulls primarily from person centered, cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic therapy orientations. She aims to promote a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment to form a comfortable and collaborative space. She believes therapy requires clients and counselors to have a collaborative mindset in order to meet the expectations and goals of the client.

Education and Training
Alyson received her Bachelors of Arts in psychology from American Military University in 2021 during her active-duty time in the United States Air Force. She received her Master’s of Arts in Educational Psychology – clinical mental health track in 2023.

Alyson is practicing under the licensed supervision of Lisa Johnson, PsyD, LP, LMFT and sees clients at the University Avenue location.
