Natalis Counseling & Psychology Solutions is hiring full and part-time ARMHS practitioners.

We are looking for people interested in providing quality services to persons living with mental illness from diverse populations. We offer a supportive work environment including ample training and supervision, case consultations, and peer support. ARMHS Practitioners meet regularly with clients in their homes or the community to teach skills that assist clients in improving their mental health symptoms and overall functioning. Practitioners complete documentation including functional assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner and maintain DHS compliant client charts. Practitioners coordinate care with other providers, assist clients in connecting with resources, and often serve as an advocate. Practitioners work under the license of the Treatment Director and are primarily supported by their Field Supervisor. Starting pay: $20-21 per hour for Bachelor’s level full-time employees; $22-23 per hour for Masters level full-time employees.

ARMHS Practitioner Qualifications/Requirements:
A master’s or other graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related fields;


A bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields including a practicum or internship that (1) required direct interaction with adults with mental illness, and (2) was focused on behavioral sciences or related fields;


Completion of at least 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or related fields with at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to adults with mental illness;


Completion of at least 4,000 hours of supervised work experience in the delivery of services to adults with mental illness;

Other Necessary Qualifications:

  • Strong clinical skills with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Self-starter able to follow up with clients and maintain schedule in order to make contracted hours.
  • Good organization and writing skills necessary for documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skills and ability to coordinate cares with other providers.
  • Reliable, insured car and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass criminal background check.
